THE APPLICATION

To apply for Teen Challenge, download the application packet that’s right for you and read, complete, and sign all the required documents.

The application consists of a written application, a physical/TB/bloodwork, a handbook, a Work Therapy Agreement, and finally, an interview that can be conducted in person or by phone.

Once all the documents are returned and the interview has been conducted, accepted applicants will either be directed to intake or will be placed on a waiting list and will be inducted when a bed becomes available.

Letters of acceptance can be provided by request for legal purposes.

Beds will not be held indefinitely, so once applicants are accepted they are responsible to follow through with induction instructions. If an applicant has been accepted and fails to appear on their induction date, their bed space is not guaranteed to be held. In cases where applicants have not communicated with intake coordination staff for extended periods of time, applicants wishing to continue with the process may have to resubmit new application documents.
